We normally use scent-free eco-friendly sensitive detergent, we have scented detergent & fabric softener upon request! Otherwise we use wool dryer balls that work great at softening the clothing and removing static.

Absolutely! Your preference is important to us. Any items you prefer to be air dried just put in separate bag or pillow case with a note inside outlining your instructions. Also, you can make a note on the instructions area of your account. However, given our turnaround times, some items may be returned damp. Please immediately remove all plastic covering on receipt of your hang dried items.

Taking care of your laundry items is our first priority. So, with that said, we understand errors can happen. Any mishaps must be reported within 24 hours. Please notify us via phone at 513-487-0631 In laundering, we cannot guarantee against color loss and shrinkage, or against damage to weak or tender fabrics such as curtains or synthetics. If labels are removed or missing, all work is done at the customer’s risk. We are not responsible for unmarked dry-cleaning items sent in with your laundry.

Feel free to use a standard pillow case or 13 gallon kitchen trash bag for your first pick up. We will include a Wash Dry and Folded Laundry Standard Bag (or Bags per your request) with your first delivery.

We’ve put in place text reminder tools to help make sure you don’t forget. However, if you do forget to leave your laundry out, we do reserve the right to charge a $25 missed pick up fee to cover costs.

Delivery for wash & fold is usually a 2-business day service. For dry clean & pressing, it is a 1-2 business day turn around. Rush charges may apply for any rushed orders.

We serve most of the Cincinnati, Mason, West Chester, Loveland, Madeira, Kenwood, Hyde Park, Indian Hill and other surrounding areas. 

No, but when scheduling the service, please provide clear instructions indicating where we can find your clothes and drop them off. Please ensure that you have a secure space to leave your clothes and not visible from the street. Many customers have us leave their laundry at their back door or in a garage if they are not home. If your building or gate requires a code to enter, please inform us at the time of placing the order.

Commercial FAQ

We do not require you to sign a long-term contract. With Wash Dry and Folded Laundry you have the freedom to start, stop or pause service whenever you choose.

We work hard to put our commercial business customers’ needs first. Just let us know how many pick ups you need per week and we will set up the schedule to accommodate.
